Reunion 2014 meeting at Round Table Pizza

UPDATE: First of all, thank you to all who attended the meeting today.. It was nice to see you after such a long time.. we were well represented by both the De La Cruz side and the Herrera side.. To summarize the meeting we agreed on several ideas and plans including; 1. the event WILL take place in the Ventura area, 2. the event will take place in April 2014 (one of the weekends of that month), 3. it WILL be in-doors, 4. once the cost per family is calculated, all amounts from families attending will need to be deposited in the reunion account no later than November 1, 2013, 5. Ventura reps will be required to submit facility figures by April 27th of this year, 6. ALL families attending will have until May 30th of this year to submit their intent to attend which will includes; your family"s name and the number of persons in your family (with ages), 7 all matriarchs and patriarchs are exempt from per family cost and all children under the age of 10 are exempt as well (age 10 by November 1, 2013).
We want to make this reunion as beautiful as we can and at the same time keep the cost low. we also encourage those families who feel that any cost may be a burden to consider that this reunion is a year away and to do without some of the little non-essential things for a year will reap you great benefits and value to our family.

Hey everyone it is spring now is the time to remove items your don't need or want and have a yard sale, that money can help pay for your cost. It's a win win situation you get rid of things you don't want or need and you won't have to take money our of your pockets. lol Or save your cans recyle and help keep our land fills clean lol. just some ideas, so everyone can attend.

  1. Since there will be some that will not be able to make the commitment to that date we will need some type of contingency plan such as a door cost per family member possibly?
